As per me corrective action and recomended corrective action both are same and it comes after the ishikawa diagramatic analysis where you find the root cause of the problem and recomends corrective action.
Same logic appears for prevention.
There is a difference between corrective action and prevention.
Good assignment masters review job you have done. I probably would like to say thank you for the endeavors and the work is extremely profitable. I am looking forward to some more exciting articles in coming posts.
