Knowledgehut - Very disappointing support

I did a PMP prep training course at Knowledgehut around 6 months ago and I need to access the online materials for at 19 hours in oder to make up 35 contact hours. I have accesed the materials for quite a few hours already but the log only shows that I have only accessed 1 minute so far.


I have reported the issue countlessly through the online support but noone has followed it so far.  They always promise me that they adjust the records but it doesn't happen. Last time I did the complaint again on 1 May and demanded to talk to someone who is more senior. They  took my contact number and promised me that her super would contact me in 24 hours. Certainly, it didn't happen. I have tried all I can to contact them but  got no response.


This is very frustrating! I really worry I can't accumulate 35 contact hours by deadline .( I'm supposed to access the online materials in 100 days and can file one extension.)


Please advise if you have exprienced something like mine.

Hi Ernest,

Kindly accept my sincere apology for the trouble caused to you.


I would like to explain you in brief regarding the cause of
inconvenience, as none of our participants were facing the LMS login
hours recoding problem and it was really difficult for our Back End and
technical team to identify the problem on one particular LMS. We tried
several time but failed, thus we have escalated this to our web
development vendor to identify and solve the error. We have to solve
this as if PMI will ask for an audit we cannot show them a proof for
login hours.

Finally, KnowledgeHut has recently contacted me  and resolved my issue completely. I will be taking the exam on 25 June. Hopefully, I can pass the exam with one take.

Knowledgehut is a fantastic place for PMP training. Their trainers and facilities were no short of a world class. I strongly recommend Knowledgehut for all.

What an incredibly disappointing experience with Knowledgehut. Was looking forward to a Six-Sigma Greenbelt seminar in December 2015, and received notification the evening prior to start date that it was cancelled. Knowledgehut automatically credited me for February 2016 seminar, but this would not be feasible, so I requested a refund.

After more than a month, several phone calls and emails, all assuring me that the refund was coming, no action has been taken by Knowledgehut to refund my tuition ($1400 US). Finally, I had to ask my bank to intervene, which they did.

Too bad, Knowledgehut, I could have recommended you to dozens of other attendees in my firm and now that will never happen.
