Hi All,
Can someone just explain to me the below questions.
An activity has an early start (ES) of day 3, a late start (LS) of day 13, an early finish (EF) of day g, and a late finish (LF) of day ig. The activity:
- is on the critical path.
- has a lag.
- is progressing well.
- is not on the critical path.
Answer D
Thanks

If there is a difference between early start date and late start date that means the activity has a FLOAT and is not on critical path.
1 def not on Critical path else there would be float of 0 or negative not +10 days
2 Def does not have a lag. Lag is the relationship between 2 activities and the relationship between sucessor or predecessor is not exaplained here
3 can be rules out since we don't know if its progressing well

Answer is D. The Q has a typo. Most probably the Q should should read 9 & 19 as the late dates. But late dates are not required to answer the Q.You can read more about it in the following article - 19 Frequently Asked Questions on the Critical Path Method
