Audit Forms ?????

Hello Everybody,

 

I want to know what are the experience forms that my managers should sign???. Are there specified forms by PMI for auditing process or just experience certificates written in any way?

 

If there are specific forms could somebody attach it here please because I didn't apply for the examination yet,, I will do but in another country and if they chose me for auditing process I need to get my papers signed by my managers here where I'm living in,, thats why I need to be prepared asap

As I understood, you have not yet submitted your application but want to be sure that audit forms are signed by your managers in case if application goes in Audit. Right?

If so, firstly do not worry , your application need not go in audit. Even if it does, (like mine was in audit), PMI gives you the pdfs of your experiences of those projects and expects you to get those signed by your managers and courier to PMI. (Please see the complete process of Audit on PMI's website at http://www.pmi.org)

However, all this can happen 'only' when you submit your application and 'if' it gets selected for audit.

Yes this is what I meant by my question,,, but the real problem is that I'm going to take the course and apply for the examination while being in another country,, and it will be so complicated to get the papers signed by my managers here where I'm living in,, thats why I want to get it signed before I travel....

Do they send those PDFs already filled with the information I provided in my applications?

Or just empty forms? If so can you please send me those PDFs

I can understand your concern that you would be in diferent country while you submit your application.

I can suggest that in case if your application is selected for audit, you can download those PDFs from your profile on PMI's website. You can always share those PDFs with your managers and get those couriered from them to you with prepayed postage.

Those PDFs will consists of the information provided by you claiming your experience hence no one can send those to you unless you submit the application and it gets into Audit process.
