I am trying to memorize the ITTO's all.

I see most of the time's as outputs.

Project mgt plan Updates and proj. document updates.

I am getting confused, are they both not the same or two different.

At what point in the processes project document gets created.

I know proj. mgt plan is created as an output under planning phase of integration Mgt.
