I am new to PMP

Hi

 

I am planning to do PMP and not getting an idea how to start.

I am thinking of first go through the PMBOK. But for that I need to register in PMI site and pay the exam fee, which I am a little reluctant, and then go for the training. Then I start my self-study and give the exam.

One of my friend who is little aware of it guided me to have the training very first thing. There I will get exposure and then start with PMBOK and other study materials of Rita etc.

 I am still in dilemma how should I start with.

 

Any guidance will of great help.

Hello Abhi,

First of all, i would like to say that it is compulsory to Get 35 Contact hours from a REP certified training institute.
