Procurement performance
Procurement performance reviews examine the seller’s performance on the contract to date. These reviews can be conducted at the end of the contract or at intervals during the contract period. Procurement Performance Review is your (PM's) evaluation of the Contrat. This is a communication between PM and Vendor.
Performance reporting is a large part of project management. This tool and technique entails providing your managers and stakeholders with information about the vendor’s progress in meeting the contract objectives. This is communication between PM and other stakeholders.
