I have been a silent spectator at PMZilla. Would like to thank all the members who had posted their LL.

My story, as everyone else says is a "Bit different ". Since the job pressure was high was not able to give enough time for studies. I had taken PMP lectures last year July, then applied online in Feb , scheduled my exams in March and booked an auspicious date of 24^th of August (can say this since I passed on this very day J ) .

I started my Studies exactly one month before the exams i.e. 24^th of July, due to shortage of time I let go any notion of studying the PMBOK as I found it to be dry considering my taste J . Looked at the next best option, went and bought Headfirst, I found the book much to my liking (remembrance of my childhood days, it’s just like reading a comic book) and ready it thoroughly once (took me almost 10 days) and being a MBA found most of the things easy to digest. Next got hold of Rita’s, read the book once and also did PMFastrack v 6.0 completed each and every test it had to offer. I was scoring well above 85 throughout which gave me confidence.

I word of advice ( Which is always free and easy to give J) ---To test takers before August 31^st, I would suggest you do PMFastrack question, I felt at ease while giving the real exam and also considering Rita’s experience the slightest doubt I had vanished, after I saw most of the questions following the same format . Completed my exam in just over 2 hours and then went on to revisit the Marked Question, took another 15 mins to go through it. Then clicked on end exam, finished the survey and then VOILA!!!. (The screen which is dreaded by most appeared)  I had made it.

Some Myths which have been busted earlier also, I would also like to bust them once more:-

·         Damn those ITTO’s , I crammed them all night long : No need to cram IITO’s. It would come to you like a flowing river once you understand the flow of each and every process

·         Ohhh my God!!! this exam is damn tough – PMI Never made the exam so that only a select few can pass , it’s all about how well can you apply what you have learnt.
