My application has been selected for audit process. The process says I need to submit these 3 documents.
1. Experience Verification form signed by supervisor
2. Course completion certfication
3. Degree certificate

My queries are

1. Should my supervisor sign at the back of sealed envelop?  Is it okay if he/she signs the experience form and places the signed form inside an envelop?

2. Is it enough if I produce the course completion certificate? Is any other document outlining the processes learned required?
