Contract Closure first or Release Resource first???

Dear All

In Rita's process chart, it says complete Contract Closure before Release Resources. But in Headfirst, it says the other way round. Which is correct?

It should be contract closure and after that release resource. Release resource doesn't mean you hold entire team for this job. Some of the resources can be retained.

You would always need resources, even to close the contract and update lesson learned and other tasks ... So releasing resources is the last activity to be done on a project.
