Can any one explain difference between Product Oriented Process and Project Management Process ?

Project Mangement process is unique and temporary. It must have an end date for any project.
Product Oriented process is temperory and its an ongoing process. Similar to a manufacture company that does bolts, toys etc. It does not have an end date.
