Explanation Needed...

Hi All:


 


If a project is over, how come its SPI and CPI or CV and SV would be at least 1.


 


 


 


I am not understnading it. Can it be explained please.

SPI and SV has to do with schedule and CPI and CV is associated with the cost. You can have any values (<1 or >1) of these at any project phases depending upon the project status. Hence, look at the scenario that’s given and not its number to decide the project phase.
