Inputs for project closure is, project management plan, OPA, and acepted deliverables..
prior phase documentation = project plan
customer acceptance doc= accepted deliverables
leasson Learnt document = OPA

As per PMBOK page 102,
As per PMBOK page 102, option A is right. Please refer to Project or Phase Closure Documents under OPA updates
