Quality audit is T & T of perform quality assurance process.


 


Project management plan updates includes change request. Hence correct answer is -  choice A.

 It's C.  It's talking about "process", that alone tells you it's just A or C.  You can eliminate "quality control".  And since this is talking about results, the process of reporting any kind of discrepancy is "change request".

Good question.


Analysing out of control process falles under Perform Quality control process. It results in Change request as well as in validated changes. So answer B and D can be right. The question suggests still there is no recommendation for changes as problem is still to be identified. Hence B is right choice than D.

QA team has gone submitting his report, you are now reviewing and analysing and trying for a remady (contol).

Its my view.
