Hi, I just did Project Management Scramble in chapter 3 of the book and did a few questions wrong. Would someone help to explain why they are wrong? Many thanks!
1. Action: Calculate estimate to complete
Which process group: Should be Monitoring & Controlling, but I chose Planning
2. Action: Increase effectiveness of processes
Which process group: Should be Executing, but I chose Monitoring & Controlling
3. Action: Reanalyze existing risks
Which process group: Should be Monitoring & Controlling, but I chose Planning

1. Planning is done before
1. Since Planning is done before M&C, If you know what is part of Planning it will help knowing what is next, and is not part of M&C.
2. The definition of the terms Excecuting and M&C should help. Check the process chart, glossary and ricardo vargas's video.
3. The word reanalyze here gives it away that it is after the Planning time.
