Requirements Management Plan

 Hello Everyone,

I wonder if someone can possibly help me with Scope Management...

Have been trying to understand how to develop a good Requirement Management Plan and found out that, on this document, one should describe how all requirements are going to be collected and analyzed. Since this plan is an output of a process called Collect Requirements, how is it possibly to plan the collection/analyzes if it has already been conducted?

Someone have an idea on this topic?

Think of it as a sequence, 1) you would create requirements management plan and then you would do requirements documentation.


Since requirements document is the major output of the process , its named as "Collect requirements"., probably we should not get hung up on the title of process.
