i have a little confusion over a question in Kim Heldman's review questions, chapter 5. in question no.15, there are 8 stake holders, so many channels of communications will be there.? will project manager himself will be added or not ? i added PM to the communications channel. but it went wrong. can anyone explain when the PM should be included & when not?
