When do you perform stakeholder analysis?

 

A. When managing communications on your project

B. When developing the project charter

C. When creating the project management plan

D. When putting changes through change control

 

Can anyone tell me please why option A is the correct choice.

 

i think correct choice should be Option B. Stakeholder analysis is done to identify stakeholder which is performed during project inititation.
