Have read Ritas book and was able to follow along with the standard CP foreward and backward calculations. Working through the 101 PMPC math questions i am having a hard time understanding the questions for calculating ES, EF, Free Float & Activity Duration.

When reviewing the answers i understand the formulas, i am just having a hard time putting the logic all together. Does anyone know of a good video, drawing or other explaination for these processes.
