Gifts to the project management

You are a training manager for a company. You conduct trainings around the world. In order to explore business opportunities you travelled to customer site in Asian country. After the meeting the Manager there gave you a small give & said its customary in their country. What would be the BEST thing to do
a Tell the vendor that you cannot accept the gifts because of company policy
b Accept the gift, and also inform your manager
c Accept the gift because you like it.
d Return the gift politely, since its against code of conduct.
can you clear it for me

IMO, As the local culture where the PM has visited its customary and hence have to be accepted. However keeping the boss informed will be apt...
