The answer is C. Because, resource leveling generally extends the timelines. In this case, the PM wants to keep the project timelines under control.
The answer is not B because in the case of choice B, the resource is overloaded. Hence, it needs leveling.
Answer A and D are also not correct, because in A the resource is intermittently used. So, it should be leveled. In D, the resource is working on multiple projects and so, there is a good possibility of resource being overloaded.
