Change control system part of PMIS. Its part of OPA as per RITA book 8th edition. Page No:128.
How come? PMIS is actually EEF.
can anyone explain this please?

if i just think flat my explanation would be -It CAN BE PART OF OPA- as say on one of the current projects if we have defined few change control procedures then they can ofcourse be also used as OPA for other prjs in future / similar prjs....
