When I registered on pmp exam, I got the option to add a language help.

As my first language is french, I enable that option and choose french.

What will be the difference with that in the exam ?

I was wondering if I will have a question in english and another one in french ?

Or maybe if I drag the mouse on a word that i dont understand, it's gona show it in french ?
